When first turning vegan with my skincare and beauty products my go to online shop was ELF (Eyes, Lips, Face). This is mainly because A. they are cruelty free, B. they are affordable and C. they are 100% vegan which made newbie vegan shopping so much simpler!
I wanted to share with you today some of my re-purchased items from ELF. These are items that I purchase again and again and love using!
The illuminating palette is a fab highlighting palette with four gorgeous shades, a yellow tone, pink tone, orange and brown tone. I am super pale and I love the pink tone for daily subtle highlight, when I’m going for a bronzed look the yellow one also suits pale skin super well. The orange and brown tones are more suited to darker toned skin however I have also used these as eyeshadows and they work beautifully! You can also blend them together for interesting sparkles! At only £7.50 I think this palette is a must have! I’ve gone through two of these palettes thus far and will again look to re-purchase.
The Instant Lift Brow pencil is something I have bought so many times I’ve lost track. This is my go to daily brow pencil. So simple to use and effective. I personally use the Taupe colour as I find the blonde a more warmed tone pencil whereas I need one a little ashier toned. At £3.00 a pop these are a super affordable alternative to many other brands. It has the pencil at one end and a handy comb on the other.
The Sheer Matte Liquid Lipstick is another beauty fav of mine. I have never been one to purchase lip products to be honest and generally just plump for lip balm or oil to hydrate the lips. I believe I got this as a freebie with another purchase and I’ve since bought a few different shades. My favourite is Nude Rose. It is so easy to use with a pointed applicator, and as it is matte, it stays in place, looks perfect but isn’t too drying. This is truly a your lips but better lipstick! They are £6.00 each and a good size, so I can imagine this will last me ages!
I couldn’t not throw in a brush to my top ELF products as their brushes take up a large percentage of my stash. I have several brushes that I like from elf however this one is my favourite. I use it for blush, contour and well… any powder products really! It’s small enough to be precise, but fluffy enough to blend effortlessly. At just £4.50 it’s a bargain, I have at least two of these in my collection.
I bought this on a whim, as I managed to drop and break my other Ere Perez Bronzer that I love! As this was super affordable at £3.00 and it looked a good colour match I figured I would give it ago. It is actually surprisingly pigmented and a little goes a long way. I don’t need much at all on my pale skin. It really lifts my skin tone and gives me a much more alive look! It is also infused with Vitamin E, Bonus!
Have you ever shopped at ELF? Do you have any favourite products? Let me know as I would love to try out some more soon!
