Eco Minerals- Vegan and Cruelty Free Makeup

Eco Minerals are a 100% Natural Makeup brand. They are 100% Vegan and Cruelty Free and use only the finest natural ingredients. Certified by PETA and CCF.
They are also international making purchases super easy! They make the most amazing mineral makeup products and vegan brushes!
I was kindly gifted some of their products to try and I was very excited to give them a go!

Flawless Mineral Foundation

The mineral foundation claims to be a matte finish, build-able and manages shine. It suits all skin types from normal to combination to oily. It is 100% pure minerals, suitable for sensitive skin and contains SPF 25!
That is crazy!
I have this in the Shade Ultra Light because my skin is so light, I have very very fair porcelain skin and this tone suited me well. It covers nicely. It also comes in 10 colours to suit many different skin tones. I have some acne issues at the moment which is half the reason I am looking for makeup with no chemicals to suit my sensitivity. This one has worked really well. It has covered the redness and scaring. However you can still see the worst spots I have. Normally I need a very high coverage foundation and concealer to cover these so this has done a good job of almost covering them. It applied nicely and evenly. I used the Vegan Super-soft Kabuki Brush with it and it was super soft and easy to blend.

Mineral Blush
This comes in a beautiful array of colours from some more pink and mauve tones to brighter corals, to dark terracotta shades. There really is something for everyone. I have this one in the shade Dreamtime which is a lovely pink shade, a middle tone I would say with a light shimmer to it. It is their best selling pink tone so grab it quick! It applies nicely and is easy to blend. I added way too much at first, as I am very fair however it blended away nicely to leave a subtle pink tone. A little goes a long way with this one!

Mineral Bronzer

Who doesn’t want to look a little more alive in the winter months. These bronzers leave a sun kissed glow to the skin. As I said I am super super fair and always find bronzer tricky. Again with this one I added way to much initially. It seems a little goes a long way with all these products… which is a good thing, means you get more bang for your buck! I have this in the shade ECO exotic, this is semi matte and suitable for all skin tones. I will say this is probably alittle too warm toned for me as an everyday bronzer however it does give a lovely warm glow and makes me look like I have been on holiday. This will be great for the summer time! They also have two other shades, Holiday which is a terracotta bronze for light medium skin tones and Summer which is a true bronze with subtle luminescence.

White Light Mineral Illuminate

This got me at first. I assumed the white powder was a finishing powder. Boy am I glad I swatched it first. It is a highlight. A beautiful one at that. It is a bright white highlight and leaves a white glow to the skin and iridescent shimmer. It looks beautiful on my skin tone as I am very pale, I am not sure how this would fair on darker tones and whether it would look translucent. It can be used as a standard cheek highlight, brow highlight, as an eye-shadow… the possibilities are endless. This is a beautiful versatile product everyone should have in their makeup bag!

Mineral Eye-shadow

I applied this with the double ended concealer and angled brush as it is also awesome for using with eye-shadows! I have the mineral eye shadow in the shade Indian Summer. It is a really beautiful deep brown bronze shade. It blends really easily. So much so that I was able to just pop some on my lids and then blend it into the crease leaving a true brown crease shade and a bronze lid. One step easy smokey makeup look. Check! They also blend nicely into other shadows and when used with a wet brush can also be used as eye liners. They have an array of beautiful shades from white to black, to silver to bronze and gold. Even a beautiful rose shade which I am eager to buy soon!

I would certainly recommend this brand to anyone. I love the fact they are not only cruelty free… and vegan… but that they are 100% natural. Suitable for sensitive skin ad contain no nasties at all. I don’t even have to worry when my little girl steals my make-up anymore as there is nothing harsh she can slather on her face in there. I really like these products and would recommend you guys try them out if you are in the market for mineral makeup products. My favourite has to be the foundation. It can give a beautiful skin like coverage and then build up to be just as effective as a liquid foundation! Also don’t forget they do Eco refill packs so if you already own a product r have a suitable little pot definitely opt for this option to be more Eco friendly and save a few pennies :). Here is my everyday Eco friendly look created using Eco Minerals Products (Plus a little mascara and brows!)! Impressive for all natural I think! P.S… Excuse the volcano on my chin!

Much Love
