Mini Too Faced Haul and Review

Too Faced

Before Christmas I bought some new Too Faced products that I was yet to try and thought I would share my views on them after using them for a little while.

I firstly bought the Primed and Pore-less Face Primer Original
RRP; £24
I do really like this primer. I will say the bottle is fairly small and I am unsure how long this is going to last me so will keep you updated as of course it is a higher end primer at £24. It has a really nice silicone type of texture which I personally like in a primer as I feel it leaves a barrier between my skin and the makeup I wear. It also leave a nice pore-less finish. I haven’t had any issues with my makeup wearing off before the day is out so would say all in all that it is doing it’s job!

Next I got the famous Too Faced Born this way undetectable Liquid foundation

RRP; £29
I have heard so much about this foundation and how it is one of the better high end  full coverage foundations that is Vegan. So I just had to try it! I got this one in the shade Snow which is the lightest shade they sell and I am happy to say that yes! It suits my skin tone. Thank goodness for that. I really thought I was going to end up sending it back as finding foundation for super pale skin is always a  nightmare. This I wouldn’t say was full on coverage. It is a medium as it says on the bottle and can be layered to give a more high coverage look. It leaves a slightly dewy finish but does not make me look oily or greasy which I like as it looks more like skin that a fully matt foundation which is what i normally go for. I was alittle sad to know the matching concealers are not Vegan though as I would have loved to have tried them also!

The last thing I chucked in my basket was the Too Faced Primed & Pore-less Face Primer pressed powder.
So this one I just don’t know about yet. I feel like even after having it a few weeks I still need to play with it a little more. It is an odd one. it can be used as a primer and a setting powder. I don’t really see how it can be a primer so need to play around with this idea a little. I imagine with a powder foundation it could be okay however I am currently using liquid so feel this would just look odd. We will see. I have been using this as a setting powder and it works okay. It did crease under the eyes but was fine on the rest of the fast. It is translucent so does not provide any extra coverage which is expected. I am unsure whether I will be repurchasing this one yet. It is something I sure there is a good way to use I just need to figure it out! I think for the price I have tried a few better setting powders.

Too Faced as a brand are Cruelty free and the products mentioned above are all Vegan. It is important to note though that recently Too Faced were bought my Estee Lauder who are not a cruelty free company. This of course depends on personal opinion if you would like to still purchase from two faced.

I hope this helps

Much Love
